Take 350 g of garlic, chop it thinly and crush. Then, take the 200g from the bottom (where all the garlic juice is collected), put in a glass bowl and pour 200g of medical alcohol. Close the bowl well and keep it in the dark place for ten days.
Then strain the mixture and add 50g bee honey and 30g 20% alcoholic propolis extract. Mix all well so that the honey is completely dissolved. Then put the preparation back into the dark place.
After two or three days, this “Youth elixir” can be used.
Drink it 15 – 20 minutes before eating, pouring several drops into a quarter of a glass of cold milk in the strictly stated order.
Important Warning! The elixir of youth is applied once in a few years!
How to use elixir of youth
The method of using youth elixir is simple but requires strict adherence to the schedule. Let’s repeat, the preparation is taken with 50g of milk 3 times a day, half an hour before meals.

2nd day: Breakfast – 4 drops, lunch – 5 drops, dinner – 6 drops
3rd day: Breakfast – 7 drops, lunch – 8 drops, dinner – 9 drops
4th day: Breakfast – 10 drops, lunch – 11 drops, dinner – 12 drops
5th day: Breakfast – 13 drops, lunch – 14 drops, dinner – 15 drops
6th day: Breakfast – 15 drops, lunch – 14 drops, dinner – 13 drops
7th day: Breakfast – 12 drops, lunch – 11 drops, dinner – 10 drops
8th day: Breakfast – 9 drops, lunch – 8 drops, dinner – 7 drops
9th day: Breakfast – 6 drops, lunch – 5 drops, dinner – 4 drops
10th day: Breakfast – 3 drops, lunch – 2 drops, dinner – 1 drop
Next, from the eleventh day to the end of the month, 25 drops of elixir should be taken. Then, starting from the first of the month until the next month, we start again with one drop of elixir for breakfast and continue according to the process described above.
